💀 A 5-10mn point-and-click puzzle
💀 A simple goal : create a homunculus
💀 Play with your mouse only and interact with human bodies
💀 Handmade black & white art with multiple animations, baroque music by J.S. Bach
Homunculus is inspired by the work of Jacques Fabien Gautier d’Agoty, a 18th century French anatomist and painter whose bizarre work exposed strangely erotic figures of human bodies cut to pieces. In early biological theories, a spermatozoon was said to contain a fully-formed miniature human being called a « homunculus ». The game is also a nod to alchemy theorists and practicians, who tried to give birth artificially to miniature human beings within flasks for centuries.
